A white Range Rover ‘cut up’ and old grey Ford Escort, which was being driven by a man, the States police say. The Escort then followed the Range Rover, which was being driven by a lone woman.
The force want to speak to anyone who saw or heard the incident, which happened at about 3.45 pm on Monday.
