The two men had been arguing near Kew Gardens in Grands Vaux when the driver started manoeuvring the car. The white Fiat Panda travelled a short distance, with the man’s arm still trapped in the door, and then hit a wall.
The driver (54) sustained a small injury and was taken to Hospital, while the 42-year-old pedestrian suffered an abrasion to his arm.
